These core beliefs make up the foundation upon which all our ministry endeavors are based.
The Bible: We believe and teach that the Bible is God’s written revelation to man. The Bible is completely infallible, fully preserved, and holds absolute authority to fully instruct us to the way of salvation and every good work. (2Timothy 3:15-16)
God: We believe in the trinity -God the Father, God the Son, and the Holy Spirit- three distinct persons who are one in nature. He is the King of kings and Lord of lords and deserves total and absolute worship and obedience.
Jesus Christ: We believe that God the Son became flesh, was born of a virgin, and lived a sinless life on earth. We believe that He took the sins of the whole world upon himself at the cross and shed his blood for the remission of sin that the gift of eternal life might be freely given to all people who believe on Him. We believe that He rose triumphantly from the grave the third day and now sits at the right hand of the Father making intercession for us.
Man: We believe that all men are sinners in need of salvation found in Jesus Christ.
Salvation: We believe that man is saved by faith in Christ alone. There are no works that can gain God’s merit for eternal life. The only merit is found is Christ’s finished work on the cross whose blood redeemed us from all our sin. Whosoever by faith receives this gift has eternal life.
